USAGE
Access to the websites www.helenartceramic.com and the data available on them is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. The Disclaimer is an integral part of these General Terms. The helenartceramic.hr website may be used exclusively for private purposes without any fees. By using the HelenArt Ceramic online store at helenartceramic.com, you accept these General Terms and are considered to agree with them.
These General Terms and Disclaimer fully apply to the websites of the HelenArt Ceramic online store and to all other websites owned by the HelenArt Ceramic craft business.

We sell products exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Croatia to persons over 18 years of age. Purchases on behalf of minors or completely legally incapacitated persons may only be made by their legal representatives. Partially legally competent persons may make purchases only with the consent of their legal representative.
The supplier of the ordered goods is HelenArt Ceramic, Ulica Ante Starčevića 2f, 23420 Benkovac. A customer is considered to be any person who fills in the required data, registers, and electronically purchases at least one product.
All prices in the online store are expressed in euros (€). According to Article 90 of the VAT Act, we are not in the VAT system. Delivery costs are included in the product price.
Some product photos are for illustrative purposes only. The images of products on the website may slightly differ in color or design from the actual products.
REGISTRATION AND LOGIN
Registration means the first entry of a user into the customer database, where information such as username, email address, password, first and last name, address, and phone number is entered.
Login is possible only after entering all required information, and for further use of the system, only the username and password are needed.
Registration takes place in two steps:

Customers are required to use a valid email address, as an activation link will be sent to it.

SECURITY
The customer must keep the password confidential and not share it with third parties. The customer is fully responsible for all activities and orders made using their password. If there is any suspicion that the password has been compromised, please notify us at helenart.ceramic@gmail.com.
Sensitive data is transmitted using SSL encryption with a 128-bit key, ensuring data privacy and authenticity.
HelenArt Ceramic reserves the right to terminate a user account without prior notice in case of suspected violation of security rules or General Terms.
WORKING HOURS
Ordering products is possible 24/7.
Shipping is carried out from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, shipping is not performed.
AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY
HelenArt Ceramic cannot guarantee that the websites will operate error-free at all times or that the content will fully meet the users’ needs. Temporary interruptions may occur due to website maintenance or updates.
PRICES
All prices are expressed in euros (€), and delivery costs are included. The company reserves the right to change prices at any time.
ORDERING PRODUCTS
Products are ordered by selecting them and adding them to the shopping cart. An order is considered confirmed when the customer electronically confirms the order. A confirmation notice will be sent via email.
If a product is unavailable, we will contact the customer to agree on a replacement or cancellation of the order.
PAYMENT METHODS
Customers pay via the CorvusPay system, which ensures secure handling of card data. Data is transmitted encrypted via SSL, and the system complies with the PCI DSS Level 1 standard.
ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Complaints regarding online purchases within the EU can be submitted through the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform.
COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
Customers may exchange or return products within 14 days of receipt.

Products must be undamaged, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the delivered goods are incorrect or damaged.

Delivery time: 2–4 working days, unless a product has a different delivery time. Packages are insured against damage. Customers are obliged to check the goods upon receipt. Delivery costs are included in the product price.
