SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The online store delivers all ordered goods using the services of a delivery provider (hereinafter referred to as the delivery service provider):

  • GLS

  • BOXNOW


DISPATCH OF GOODS

Ordered goods are prepared for dispatch after the seller receives confirmation that the payment transaction has been successfully completed.

Orders are prepared for dispatch exclusively on working days (Monday to Friday) between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

All items are carefully packed to prevent damage during normal transport handling. Packages may include various protective materials such as paper, foam, or similar materials to ensure safe delivery.

An invoice will be included in the package (or in one of the packages if the order is shipped in multiple parcels), unless the delivery address differs from the buyer’s address. In such cases, the invoice will be sent by email or by registered mail to the buyer.

Where required by law, additional documentation prepared by the manufacturer or distributor (such as instructions for use, safety information, declarations of conformity, or similar documents) will also be included.

Packages may additionally contain promotional materials such as information about products, offers, or promotions.

The buyer is responsible for carefully checking the contents of each package to ensure that products, parts, invoices, or documentation are not accidentally discarded together with the protective packaging.


DELIVERY OF GOODS

Packages ready for dispatch are collected by GLS or BOXNOW on working days and handled according to their business procedures.

Customers are advised to familiarize themselves with the General Terms and Conditions of GLS and BOXNOW to protect their interests as end users of the delivery services.


IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTES

  • The customer or an authorized recipient must inspect the shipment for any visible damage at the time of delivery and immediately report it to the delivery courier.

  • Shipments with visible external damage should be refused.

  • By signing the delivery note, the customer or authorized recipient confirms that the shipment was received without visible damage and in full.

  • Complaints submitted to the delivery service after acceptance of the shipment will not be accepted unless proof is provided that the damage or loss occurred before delivery.

  • If such a complaint is justified, the seller will offer a replacement or refund at their own expense.


DELIVERY TIMES

The exact delivery time depends on:

  • Product availability

  • Time required to prepare the order for dispatch

  • Delivery time of the courier service

GLS and BOXNOW deliver shipments on working days, Monday to Friday.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–4 working days, unless a longer dispatch time is specified for a particular product.

If an order contains multiple products with different dispatch times, the dispatch time will correspond to the product with the longest dispatch period. Customers who prefer not to wait may place separate orders according to desired dispatch times.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are included in the product price. The price includes order processing, packaging, and delivery to the selected address.
